Strange Symptoms My Child Has Please Help?

My son is 6 years old. He acts very strangely when he has allergies or a cold. At any moment he will begin staring into space, and begin clearing his throat for 10-20 seconds, as if he has a lot of phlegm. Sometimes he will get up and walk around the house aimlessly, take off clothes, spill drinks, or spit on the carpet. I talk to him when it is happening and he is incoherent. He doesn’t make eye contact and as it is happening I ask him “What are you feeling?” And he does not answer me. When he comes to he refuses to tell me anything and insists that he needs to lay down. And then he usually goes to sleep. This has been going on since he was 5, and is becoming more frequent.
If you have not taken him to a doctor its called child negect. go to jail do not pass go!!!!!!
I’m guessing based off the explanation that he is possibly trying to draw attention or over-exaggerating the symptoms. Maybe he’s never been sick before, and when he gets sick he doesn’t understand why he is feeling the way he is and thinks something very weird is going on. This is definitely a personality problem, not anything having to do with sickness (obviously). He may be just surprised at his sickness, maybe becomes scared, or acts careless because he just doesn’t understand. I mean, he’s only 6. If a teen were to do this, then it could be a much more urgent problem. When he is in his normal state, talk to him and tell him that when he’s sick he just needs to handle it and not be scared, he will be ok. That’s my best guess.
P.S. If you’re sending him to a child care center daily, that could also be causing problems. Do not send your children to other people to be raised, you need to teach them yourself, so they won’t end up being harsh, careless bullies in high school. I’ve seen so many sickening cases of this happening. America even encourages it! Terrible. Have a job, and don’t have time? Too bad. Quit the job. It’s that serious.
