I Feel Nasally And Groggy!?

My nose if blocked but its dry, no mucus – feels like the blockage is deep in my nose, if that make sense. Feels like pressure, plus i cant hear properly out my left ear and its ringing, my head hurts and i have a cough (had the cough for like a month anyway, doctor said it was a viral infection and had to wait for it to pass…. does it usually take this long?)
Is it my sinuses? If so what do i do to help the symptoms? Would inhaling steam help? THANKS!
