Do I Have Mononucleosis?

For a few weeks ive been feelin crappy with a cough, but for the past week ive been REALLY sick. achy and my neck is really stiff, sore throat, and BAD congestion in my chest as well as my sinuses. I also have a constant headache and feel sensitive to bright lights. This morning there was quite a bit of blood in the mucus so i quickly went to the doctor and when he pushed on my stomach it hurt and since then its hurting my lower stomach to cough. idk if he pushed too hard or what but yeah. I took a blood test to test for mono and also a TB test which i go back for in a couple days. Any ideas? I had mono when i was younger about 11 i think, so could it be a relapse? or did i have a cold and it turned into mono maybe?
